Watch NowOne stretch of Name My Plus‑Size Champion carries more of the series than a longer recap would.
Trapped under her fiancé’s calculated control for five years, thirty-six-year-old Nora’s entire life was reduced to waiting and obedience. At their engagement party, his influencer mistress shoved her straight through the frozen surface of the lake before hundreds of onlookers.
After barely crawling out alive, Nora left everything behind and fled. Taking refuge in an old lakeside boathouse, she begins a brutal, grueling transformation—rebuilding her body, her strength, and her self-worth.
That is the spine of Name My Plus‑Size Champion: the people in the synopsis do not get to pretend the story started somewhere else.
