The Turn Inside Ex-Husband, I Am the Miracle

Ex-Husband, I Am the Miracle keeps its sharpest change close to the facts the synopsis already gives you.

Months later, Liam's beloved grandmother falls gravely ill. Desperate, he exhausts all his wealth and connections just to get an appointment with the mysterious 'Miracle,' even kneeling in the pouring rain outside the clinic.

When the heavy doors finally open, he looks up, ready to beg. Instead, he sees his despised ex-wife standing there, looking down at him with a cold smirk.

That is the spine of Ex-Husband, I Am the Miracle: the people in the synopsis do not get to pretend the story started somewhere else.
